Anatolii Zhuk
I am a painter, lecturer of the Lviv National Academy of Arts, as well as a teacher of painting. I received my degree in Art Ceramics from the Decorative and Applied Faculty of the Lviv National Academy of Arts in 2016, and studied at the Icon Painting School at UCU in 2013. I have participated in numerous international and national plein airs, exhibitions, and creative events, and have had the privilege of visiting creative workshops and exhibiting my work at universities in Poland and the Czech Republic as part of student exchange projects. Since September 2016, I have been teaching at the Department of Academic Painting at the Lviv National Academy of Arts, as well as leading Summer Art Studios and preparatory courses at LNAA.
In my artistic practice, I work primarily in the style of abstract painting, but also create landscape ceramics and easel sculptures. Additionally, I have experience in the restoration of works of art and architecture.
My art work has been exhibited and collected in many countries around the world, including the United States, Canada, Turkey, Italy, Poland, the Czech Republic, Germany and Ukraine.

A series of works "Intersection"
"Intersection" is an acril on canvas abstract painting that captures the ever-evolving nature of human experience. The painting depicts intersecting lines and shapes that symbolize the many emotions and experiences that intersect and overlap within and between individuals. With each new moment lived, a new emotion is added to the mix, creating a complex and dynamic emotional landscape. A series of works "In search of space"
The "In Search of Space" seriesshowcases a vibrant collection of geometric abstract paintings that evoke a sense of exploration and wonder. With bright and bold colors, these dynamic works reflect the universal human desire to express and discover ourselves through the world around us. Each unique piece highlights the journey of self-discovery and the endless search for physical and emotional space that defines our lives. A series of works "Сrossing"
"Crossing" is a series of abstract paintings that I've created to explore the complex and layered nature of human emotion. Each painting is a unique reflection of the way that different feelings can intersect, overlap, and coexist within a single moment or experience. I've worked hard to capture this sense of complexity and depth on the canvas, using bold colors and striking forms to create a visual language that speaks to the powerful and nuanced emotions that shape our lives. Some of the paintings are characterized by bright, vibrant hues, reflecting the joy and passion that we feel in our most exuberant moments. Others are more subdued and introspective, evoking the quieter, more contemplative moments of our lives. But all of the paintings in this series share a common thread: they are all a testament to the power of art to convey the depth and richness of the human experience. Whether bright and bold or quiet and contemplative, each painting in "Crossing" offers a unique window into the layered and complex nature of our emotions, and invites viewers to explore the many ways in which feelings can intersect and coexist within a single moment or experience.
A series of works "Flowering time"
"Flowering Time" is a series of paintings depicting naked women in different emotional states against a range of backgrounds, from serene to vibrant. The women are rendered with exquisite attention to form and detail, their bodies communicating a range of emotions that are mirrored in the color schemes of each painting. Some figures appear relaxed and introspective, set against calm, muted backdrops, while others burst forth in a blaze of color, expressing joy, sensuality, and exuberance. Through this series, i can captures the many facets of womanhood and invites viewers to explore the complex and ever-changing landscape of human emotion. Each painting is a unique celebration of the beauty and vitality of the female form, and an exquisite representation of the power and potential of art to inspire and uplift the human spirit.
Apart from except for the specified series, I create a wide variety of artworks under different titles. My passion for experimentation with various techniques and materials fuels my desire to explore new creative possibilities. I am constantly seeking to challenge myself, and I frequently sketch and draft ideas for future pieces. This approach allows me to evolve and grow as an artist and ensures that each of my creations is unique and thoughtfully executed
